This is for two challenges, ways to use it-use cork, and Free 4 All challenge to use wood.
I used Holly's faux cork technique found here:~ Put A Cork In It ~ by Toy at Splitcoaststampers
to make the cork background for the text. I stamped on the designer paper and cut out the two banners and added them to the card. I added the cork layer to the dp layer then added it to the embossed layer with dimensionals.

Very cool technique! It really does look like cork, thanks for pointing us in the direction of the tutorial. I'm not sure I would have that much patience!
