Whoop! Whoop! #300 TeaPot Party! How exciting is that. VERY!!!!
Even more exciting is the Teapotters getting their very own parlor. Curt being the decorator that he is, thought what better way to cozy up the place then lots of pillows, colorful pillows. Of course, he found himself a recliner to take a much needed snooze in.
You see, the pillows he brought are the blow up kind and after blowing up all those pillows well he is a little out of air so to speak. So he is taking a snooze in the recliner hoping to rejuvenate himself for the party later......there will be a party later, right?
Of course there will be. Anyway, this is another one of those crazy drawn scenes, colored with a combo of copics and prisma pencils. The designs on the pillows were made with a stylus before coloring.
The layer behind the main panel is of course a gelli print made awhile back. Love having those around to use whenever. Put this all on a kraft card. Done.
Well, must rest up my little grandson Cooper is spending the night with me. YIKES! Hope he sleeps! TFL :0)

I hope Cooper sleeps tight all night - has he got a Curt to cuddle up with! I'm glad I get to see this just before I shut down for the night here. Since I'm more of a sitting-on-the-floor person, I really like the idea of all those pillows and cushions. Though I might try the recliner when Curt vacates it!

Wow little Cooper is one very lucky boy to have you for a grandma. I love what Curt has done with the room, he certainly is a cow of many talents. As always I loved reading your story, you never fail to make me smile. I showed DH one of your cards the other day and I said, look what Cathy made"...the reply was "Cathy???"...then I said, "You know, Curts mum" ....oh yes was the reply.
Don't take your organs to heaven - heaven knows we need them here.

Awe coopers back...enjoy the night. It might be good that curt is resting now too as you might need extra help. and blowing them balloon pillow would be tiring...I had ones liek that for Christmas, to put presents in...so fun, but lots of air...rest well Curt...;0)....TFs

Oh, Miss Mutnik.... Curt looks so comfy in his recliner - I wonder if he is busy snoring away....Love the colourful cushions and the recliner looks comfortable too.... great scene you created, Cathy...
Have fun with your precious grandson, Cooper.... Hope he sleeps for you. I've been there, when the grandbabies don't sleep through the night - then poor old gramma is dragging her but around the next day, trying to keep up with the little one... :)
