This weekÂ’s ODBD Shining the Light challenge is our 200th challenge, and itÂ’s using spring colors. So I chose the Zinnia set with the sentiment from The Lord Has Risen. I fussy-cut the various layers of the smaller zinna (even though there is a die for it), added dimension to each layer, and used a gold glitter pen that you really canÂ’t see in the photo. I sponged around the sentiment, and added one of the Beautiful Borders. I paper-pierced and matted it, popping the flower on top of the leaves. It was time-consuming but a lot of fun! Hope you like it!

A beautiful Spring zinnia (zennya). Such wonderful details on this card with the ornate border, the excellent sponging and pierced edges. And that zennya looks like gold! Ya done good, girlfriend!

LOL! Y'all gotta know that Becky calls these "zeenyas," and we're always joking about it! She's a "southern belle," she is! Made me laugh, sweet friend!

Gorgeous! At first I thought (before reading) that you may have used some Viva Inka Gold on your zinnia because it has so much depth. It's an absolutely beautiful card with lovely details, Cheryl.
