They say the third time is the charm. I think so.... This was my third attempt using Theresa Momber's tutorial Tropical Sunset seen here on Stamp TV at Gina K. Designs. I left off the flower since this is a smallish square card. The background is all sponged. Then using the stamp positioner I stamped the tree trunks & palm fronds. I had the base already cut as I was going to use it for the Tues. CC, but did not. Anyway, this is the best of my 3 attempts!! You can't see them but I had to use a white pencil for my water. I just can't seem to keep a white gel pen in working order. Now that I think about it I'm going to use my white chalk pencil.
This is for Linda's WTUI callenge to use a tree - any sort - in honor of Arbor Day.
Thanks for stopping by.

Be proud of your creation - your reflection is stunning! I have trouble with gel pens and fine glue pens so I put the tips in very warm water for a while. And it seems to get them going again. You have made a beautiful card!
