Not having a tree die I found this tree and frame, cut as one, on the cricut cartridge. I backed the die cut with the green and used foam tape to give it a box look. I added teeny pieces of foam tape to support the leaves and bird. I don't normally put anything on my bows but it seemed the best place for the sentiment!

Well I for one am glad you didn't have a tree die because I LOVE how this turned out! Brilliant... Love the boxed look and the green you chose is just delicious!
