todays featured stamper is Barb aka BarbieP.... she has such a wonderful gallery. I chose her enjoy every moment ...when I was half way through casing her card, I remembered making a card very similar and looking in my gallery to May 7, 2013, I had cased this very card from her gallery... that must mean that I really like her card....on this card, I kept the same colour combo but changed the flower silhouette and sentiment... I also added bling... I did not have the same bg stamp as she had so I made lines using the edge of my stamp pad to make it look like hers... I then used CTMH speckled bg stamp and stamped in strategic places for effect....
Thanks for taking a peek... Hope you like it.....

very nicely done, Marie and what a serendipity you'd cased the very same card earlier! It was meant to be. And this card is certain to bring comfort...

You really DID like Barb's card, Marie-Alice. I think that is a cute account and Barb is sure to have a chuckle too. Your card is beautiful and I love the softness of it..especially for a sympathy card.

Alice, this is such a delicate, soft collage look, I really like the bg you created - creative use of your stamp pad, it gives a unique effect - the overall look is artistic, yet serene, which is perfect for a sympathy card!

How fun, Marie-Alice. You REALLY liked my card to case it twice - lol. I love how you used the edge of your stamp pad to mimic my bg stamp. How clever is that. This sketch and your soft coloring works so well for a sympathy card as it is not overstated. Thank you so much for taking the time to honor me with your card. Makes my day so special :-)

Lovely sympathy card! I really like the tiny splatters here and there and the soft circle background images. Hey when you find a great card like Barb's why not make a few variations of it. Nicely done.
