I decided I need to practice making oriental cards because MFP has a whole line of oriental stamps, so I used today's Sketch challenge as a starting point. I've had this Far East pad of patterned paper for a while, so I'm finally using it.

You certainly did the sketch proud today! I love the red mats, they give the panels the oriental look you wanted, and achieved so beautifully. Beautiful!

This is so perfectly put together and gorgeous! What a wonderful design for this layout. The dark border surrounding each panel really makes everything stand out.

I think Asian images and papers are so peace- and restful. The Spring colors are wonderful.....I wonder what yellow means to Asian people? Do you know?
