This week's Winter Wonderland challenge is "I'm Dreaming of a Pink Christmas" and April's SCS Christmas Card Challenge is to use toys or toy soldiers on the card. Since I have no toy soldier stamps, I thought I'd recycle a commercial Christmas card I received - not only a toy soldier but some other toys too. And because there is a pink colour in the toys, it was perfect to combine with the pink Christmas challenge.
I die cut the little toy images and placed them on a strip of pink cs, shaped the top with the SU tag punch, layered it over a Christmas phrases embossing folder, and repeated the pink for the card base.

This just has it all as far as the challenges go! You did an excellent job incorporating all the elements beautifully on that wonderfully shimmery pink

Your vintage-style images are really sweet ... and it's so great that you recycled them into this more modern color of Christmas card - they work so perfectly together! Love the pink shimmer of your tag and beautiful iridescent ribbon.
