Fun TLC Challenge today! Of course I took the involved route, lol. And Joan was right...I was gluing all the little patterned pieces back into the spaces for quite a while.
My dp is actually a background I made by coloring a piece of white c/s with fluorescent Copics & neon Sharpies then stamped the bg image on top w/ black. I die cut it w/ the same lg die I used for the white.
I covered a piece of white paper w/ adhesive (just used my big ATG) & stuck the white version to it, then put back all the little neon pieces. Then I placed the die back over it & ran it through the embossing cycle again just to make sure it all stuck in place. I used the largest center die to cut out the large neon center frame & used the smallest insert to cut the scrolly frame.

This is amazing. I can't believe you made the bkg paper...it is stunning. All theclayers and die cuts work so well together. You certsinly get the patience award. Beautiful colors, terrific layout and a simply lovely card.
