IÂ’ve been playing with different types of media on my cards and am determined to use some of my old paper crafting supplies. I especially love my brass stencils, and with stencils making a comeback (yay!!) I thought IÂ’d blow the dust off them. This card has a background made with Gelatos and water. I made homemade craft texture paste (white acrylic paint, baby powder, white glue) and applied it inside of vintage rooster brass template, then allowed it dry. After it was dry I outlined the raised white portion of the image with a Multi Liner black pen. I stamped EcoGreen Butterfly Post flowers in black and then mounted the piece on dry embossed cardstock. Thanks for taking a peek!

I love this! I love the gorgeous way the colours flow and compliment each other. I love the rooster too. Thanks for the recipe. I wil try that if what I bought this week doesn't work out. Love the black and white ribbon too.
