Oh my goodness I always thought CAS was the hardest thing to do....until I attempted monochromatic mixed media!!!
My MM supplies are still a bit limited when it comes to paint so i used Seedless Preserves distress ink. I swooshed the ink pad over a plastic bag, pressed cardstock on to it, dried with heat gun then put more ink on the plastic bag and added a blob of white paint, swished it around with a brush then pressed cardstock into it again. I repeated this process many times.
The result was terrible, so I armed myself with a baby wipe and a water bottle...now I am happy. I applied the Tombow pen directly to the stamp, doodled a border with same pen. Added butterflies and a bit of glitter.
I did all this on an A4 sheet so i used nearly all of it to make the tag. Thank you for looking and thank you Ky for stretching me!!

Susie, this looks wonderful - funny we both chose to do a tag! You could enter this card into this week's Ways To Use It Challenge - tall card!! Highly amusing to see glasses of wine in your accessories, BTW!! Love your colour choice and I really love the water misting on this!!

I too find monochromatic very hard. Almost as hard as colour challenges, LOL - it's just not the way I think. But wow, you did wonderfully, and as well as moving this into the Inspired by Nature gallery so other people can easily find it, I've popped it into my favourites. I love the spattered misting, and most of all I love those little butterflies fluttering around trying to hide. Two glasses of wine - gosh, I don't think I could even try making a card after two. For sure I'd have an accident and spill something.

Susie - shut UP! Girl, this is so pretty it makes me want to cry. I love the delicate color, and the texture the water and distress ink make really gives the feel of a misty cool morning. I'm sure there's a little faerie about to walk out from behind a flower. Beautiful little butterflies, too. You're a champ!
