Gosh Linda, this was a challenge! I'm a square girl at heart .... the challenge was to make a 'tall' card, and I did - a very tall card, because this size fits my envelopes!
I punched 4 strips with the Tonic punch and die cut the oval several times to make it firm. The oval die is very thin so there is little depth to the dry embossing sadly. I tied the base ribbon in 2 places to make it pucker, added a bow and some gems.

OMGoodness Sandie!! That ribbon is absolutely GORGEOUS!! What a fantastic bow too. Love the die/embossing you used for your sentiment which is beautiful as well! Love all the borders in the bg too and the rhinestones and color...did I forget anything?? LOL!! I guess that means I love everything about it!!
