I may have cheated on this one by not cutting two separate panels. I stenciled one side and sponged the other side of white CS and delineated between them with two score lines. Added MB Perky Poppy, a sentiment on SB Deckled Rectangles and Sequins.

Hey, seeing is believing! Looks great to me. :-) Love your sponging and stencilling. The colours are so pretty and the outlined poppy lets them shine right through. Marvellous card!
Very clever and creative to use your score lines and different patterns to create 2 panels. Love that idea!!! Lovely scattered sequins. Beautiful card!

No cheating there if it looks like the sketch! I've done a couple in the past where I just masked and sponged every single layer for a one-layer card ;-). And fun that you got to play with your new toys while creating this. The sequins work wonderfully in that stencil design.
Your techniques certainly give the impression that you have two separate panels and more so by adding the score lines. What a fabulous card.
