I started this yesterday for the MIX Challenge, but didn't finish. So when I saw THIS picture for the Inspiration Challenge, I colored this fabulous orange blossom image, added some of the same shabby white embossing enamel to it & added it to my mono print background. I used the Mono Printing Tutorialfor the background.
After I made my mono print bg using pigment inks, stencils & stamps, I added some of the shabby white embossing powder then did the out of the box using a rectangle die. on the orange blossom image. The little criss crossed strips are just pieces that were trimmed off.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups & the colors of Copics I used are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Wow...this is so incredible. Right onto my pinterest board. The colors are perfect and your coloring is beautiful. Great idea to use the trimmed off pieces for the criss cross design. Just a lovely card.

My favorite components are the woven pieces of paper and your amazing coloring skills....but I love EVERYTHING about this - especially how it all comes together so beautifully!
