It's been a long time since I did a black card base and I LOVE it with the white paint! Oh, the drama! LOL
HOW TO: What to do with the INSIDE of your card when you are using a very DARK or BLACK card base.
First cut down a smaller piece of white or watercolor paper (for example: 5 X 3 3/4"). Then using the same image you used on the front - stamp it again on one side of the white with a light ink color (in this case I used Smokey Slate stamped off once). Finally, just before stamping it, spritz the stamp with water to create a slightly blurred "watermarked" replica for the inside of your card. It really makes your card inside look great when you write over it - and/or stamp your inside sentiment over it in your darkest shade of black.

Oh, Audrie! What an awesome card! I love the use of paint on black...must try that myself. And thanks for sharing what you do on the inside of a dark card. Lovely! And what a great inspiration piece you chose.

What a beauty you have here. Love seeing black as the card base instead of the accent.
