I'm still working on techniques from day 1 of the current Online Card Class (Clean & Simple3). This is based off of the third sample card. I also did this for this week's Way to Use it Challenge - Rainbows.
The technique featured was faux letterpress, in which you use versamark and then slightly off-set in white. This card also used the faux layered die cut technique.
I think I need to work on the faux letterpress technique and not complicate things with the die cuts. Not yet, at least.
I turned this into a thank you card to give to a friend who loaned me her embossing gun until my new one arrives in the mail.

I really like your faux letterpress. I'm pretty sure there's a tutorial for it called something like Faux 3D in Resources, but I know my attempts never looked this good. Or maybe I'm thinking of an old TLC challenge. I love the textured, dimensional look it gives to your rainbow - circles within circles.
