The rose was stamped in versamark onto watercolor paper and then clear embossed. After fussy-cutting, I wet the watercolor paper and used re-inkers to add color. Once dry, I splattered it with white ink and also crystal effects so it looked like raindrops on the rose (hard to see in photo).

WOW Loll! Just Gorgeous! I'm trying to make friends with watercolor but it hasn't happened yet! This sure makes me want to try though. Your fussy cutting is impeccable on the rose.

Thank you for sharing this, I almost think I might be able to do a CAS card. This is really prettily colored, cut out and put on double white with the sentiment, I love it and since I seem to like layers, this would work for me!!
