My DGD is having her 15th birthday and had me make 50 Alice in Wonderland cards for invitations... well, I made 7 different designs and then I could not think of a special one for her with the same theme. After looking in Mynette's gallery today, I found the perfect layout for a card for her.... thanks Mynette for the great inspiration... this is Mynette's card that I chose .
I used hearts instead of pearls and an ef of hearts instead of hole punches for bg...I also placed the ribbon at the top instead of in the middle and straightened the image instead of at a slant.... I kept the same basic layout and omitted the kraft colour but kept the other colours.....
Thanks for taking a peek... hope you like it....

Oh, I love it! Love how clean it is and how striking with the black, red and white combo - what a labour of love to make all those invitations, I bet everyone will be saving them for a great memento of a special occasion!

I Love all the white space, Alice! The black is so striking as it brings out the image so nicely and that beautiful red satin bow is SO pretty! Your DGD will love this card, and all the others you created for her too~
