I did the bg for this using the Watercolor Wash Technique for the Mix-Ability Challenge this week. I guess I am to timid to use bright colors, so it comes out so light! :) I also did this for this week's Rainy Inspiration challenge. Was inspired by the man with the umbrella. I had this EF that I have never used.
For our Sing Sing a Weather Song VSN chllenge we were to be inspired by a song. My song: Singing in the Rain. I can still see Gene Kelly dancing and singing. And that made me think of this sentiment! LOL There you have the history of this card. TFL

Sharon, what a great card for all three challenges. Yes - some of the VSN challenges worked wonderfully with the IC challenge - there was even a green summer leaf photo in there with a raindrop on it!
I'm glad that the song title gave you a chance to break out that super embossing folder, too! Like Susan, I think your soft wash really works perfectly with the rainy feel.
