Audrey gave us yet another awesome place for inspiration. I took this piece for my inspiration. http://www.pinterest.com/pin/387591111652890829/
I started by drawing the umbrella and embossing with a stylus. Then I added the piercing like Dina's technique. Finished with raindrops and lines. Chalked the back of the vellum and wiped with a babywipe. Added the pearl gromets to adhere the vellum to a piece of white cardstock. Added some tape behind the umbrella so it would not show. Then I wrote the sentiment with a sharpie poster pen. tfl

Love how you took advantage of the properties of the vellum to make a misty, greyish, rainy day! Love the umbrella and and the way you placed your sentiment.

Oh how gorgeous Linda!! Love the soft color and your use of Dina's piercing technique for the umbrella!! It looks almost like adhered pearls from a distance!
