Card is scored, then die-cut on fold to create scalloped window. Flowers are stamped to show partially through window. Card front is dry embossed with embossing folder. Greeting is stamped, then punched out. Coordinating cardstock is punched with same punch, then cut in half to create matte for greeting. Greeting label is attached using dimensionals.

What a neat card design - love the effect of the partial window around the flower image, and the scalloped edge adds extra interest. Makes me want to peek inside and see the rest of the pretty tulip!
P.S. Thanks for your kind comment on my underwater anniversary card, it made me smile!
