I made this for Michelle's Calendar challenge, also the 9th anniversary of the Ways To Use It challenge! My calendar piece comes with my stamped date on my library book card.
I masked one sentiment to get my "long" script and then wrote in Overdue and to say on my own. I feel a bit differently about my own penmanship ona card now that I have been teaching writing to elementary school students for six months.
Thanks for looking!

I really love this, Toni! What a fun idea. The library card is great (I missed those when I rejoined the library after years and years, and it was all just scanned, and now it's self-service and you don't even have person to person contact any more).
I thought you might have written the "long" yourself too, when I looked at it first! Fun paper too.

this is precious, clever and I so wanna case this! I totally get what you are saying about the printing. I think my 'hand' looks really good when I am just writing on a journal page...but to try to put it on the front of a card...what's up with that???
And your card is so very fun

Sigh, this is so fabulous - it reminds me of the days when the library used to do old fashioned stamping of due dates....and I spent a lot of time in the library when I was growing up - still love libraries and bookstores just as much as craft stores!

Your hand writing is what grabbed my attention. It is so cool and worthy of being copied! Love that library book card. Brings back memories of Jr. High when I got to help out in the library. Love your card! TFS :0)

I still love the sentiment on this, and your handwriting too! Thanks for celebrating 9 with WTUI and all you do each and every week!
