It's been awhile since I contributed to the tea potters. This will be mailed to a fellow tea potter & the challenge was to create a card that had to do with fashion, fancy foods & New York. I chose to make a fancy dress using heart dies.
It's great to be back with the Teapotters.

Welcome back. I am so glad you could make it, and with such a beautiful dress for the party...double use it for Oscar night..;0). Love the little red tie in the middle and the great embossing for the extra texture in the design...Right on...TFS...:0)
