CAS261 = not to use a neutral base. I am not counting my "base" base since I make cards to send, not just for the sheer joy of creating. I had no green of this shade of that heavy wt. which I like for a card. So for this challenge just consider my green panel.
TLC470 = a terrific original technique presented by Sabrina. Read about it HERE.
Need a few St. Pat's cards and these challenges started my stash.

What a wonderful way to use up some of your GREEN scraps, Sallie. This is truly an amazing St. Patrick's Day card, you've given it a great Irish feel ;-) with your nearly forty shades of green, and the shamrocks, both lucky and regular three-leaved, I think I spy!

Oh, what a wonderful technique. I love all those squares and bits of different papers. The first thing I noticed was the gingham. I'll have to try this.

What a great idea to combine these two challenges and done so well, Sallie. I need to get my "green" on and start making my St. Paddy's cards (especially since I'm half Irish - lol). Loving this new technique by Sabrina. You did her proud on this gem :-)

I love your wonderful card and it has given me inspiration for my own St. Patrick's Day cards. I have no specific stamps for this event but your use of scrap paper works excellently. I think I can manage a few now! :-) I love all those green shades you used and your great CAS design. Looks fabulous Sallie!
