This card is for two challenges: LOVEFEST2014G "Let's Score!" - to show scoring on your project, and WT467 "Starry Eyed" - to use anything star-shaped on your project.
I first cut the stars and scored them, making mountain and valley folds to create dimensional stars. I created the frame by cutting both piece of cs to size, temporarily adhering them together and cutting the smallest oval through both pieces. After separating tem, I centered the larger oval around the negative space on the blue cs and cut it, then attached the pieces together using Scor-tape.
I found this wonderful quote by Marilyn Monroe and created the sentiment on my computer. I highlighted the words "stars" and "twinkle" with a Stardust pen, then stamped the sentiment piece and the frame layer with a starry bg stamp, using VersaMark. After embossing with clear ep, I assembled the card, using a double layer of pop dots to attach the stars.
As always, thanks for looking!

Those dimensional stars are super! I wanted to try that on the gold star I used on my MMTPT card, but didn't have the patience to try. You've inspired me to find a little patience from somewhere ;-). I love your twinkly starry background, too.
