I leave anonymous encouragement cards for my neighbor who has cancer. I don't usually make 3D flowers because the cards are too difficult to mail. But I hand-deliver these (sealed in a ziplock bag and taped to the outside of her mailbox) along with a treat bag or box of chocolates. In fact, all of her cards are from "The Chocolate Fairy."
