Technique:
This one was much easier than the other one I did for the challenge - it only took a few seconds to make (but took an hour to dry).
I used a tall Tim Holtz fragment and just put three shades of stickles glitter glue on it. Then I cut off the bottom of the glitter brads - and added them top and bottom. I let this dry for a full hour, then I mounted it on a piece of black mat board, which I centered on bright textured cardstock (notecard size). Finally since the rectangle was so cool to me - I added two more rectangles to add a sentiment. Artistic joy!
