Took the Perk Up Dare by Verve to make a card with a heartfelt sentiment and since it fits this week's Teapot Tuesday challenge for Sharon, I've got it wrapped up and ready to be sent to her. Sharon is currently recovering from her 14th surgery and her friend Karen (Redbugdriver on SCS) thought she could use some warm thoughts and cheer. Peace and prayers to you, Sharon.

That dp is just stunning, and using the vellum for the sentiment is such a great trick. This card is deceptive, at first glance it looks very simple, but the more I look the more lovely details I find.

I agree with everyone, your DP is so beautiful! The gold embossing on the vellum looks amazing and the red just pops! I especially like the scallops with the hearts cut out! Your butterfly is lovely too! So many really pretty details on your card for Sharon!!!
