The 3 heart centres have been die cut from washi tape & fabric tape, then layered onto the larger white hearts. Vellum die cut lace behind them, and vellum for the stamped greeting.
For the base, I die cut 2 stately circles, scored one 1.5cm (half inch) down and glued the top portion to the front with a combo of tape & glossy accents...easy peasy.
Then just layer everything onto the front.
The tiny heart was copic colored, glossy accents on top...plus white ink for the greeting, and white gel pen highlighting the dry embossing - for the Mixability challenge. Also for the F4A be mine, and the Ways to use it to color something.
