I stamped the bottle on clear acetate, then colored the cork (on the reverse side) with brown StaZon. I used the bottle as a template for tracing and cutting the blue glitter paper to fit. I glued the hearts at the bottom of the bottle, ran the stamped acetate image through a Xyron machine, and applied that to the top of the glitter paper bottle. I tied the tag to the bottle (it was for our 43rd anniversary) and pop-dotted the completed bottle to the background layers.
I did have a hard time adhering the hearts and acetate layer to the glitter paper, as that glittery stuff does not like to accept glue--which is my favorite, as it holds plastic buttons and the metallic confetti shapes to cardstock and regular paper so well--or the Xyron adhesive at all well. But I burnished a lot and finally got the bottle together permanently enough for the card.
