Don't let anyone tell you that one layer cards are easy. You really have to think! And it hurts my head.
Thank you SUO for the challenge of the one layer card. And thanks to hobbydujour for the color combo for this week: basic gray, pumpkin pie, primrose petals and neutrals. And the dessert was to be an interesting background. I guess my card qualifies even though it's all one layer...
I had a wonderful time figuring out the process this should take. I cut my stencils and used both parts to mask the different parts.

Susie, I agree with you, a OLC takes a good deal of thought and planning...and sometimes lots of masking and remasking. Your card is a terrific example of how beautiful it can be when finished. Love your silhouette against the various colors of the shaped "frames".

This is beautiful and could be put in the TLC gallery this week...to make a one layer card look like more than one layer. Pretty silhouette.
