Wow, what a shift. From the 3 layer mixed media cards to this single layer card - the single layer was much harder for me. Started by masking a frame around the edges of the card. Stenciled the leaves. Didn't like the white boarder so I used the score pal to add lines. Stamped the flowers with tea dye ink then stamped and white embossed the image a little to the side of the first one. Sponged tea dye ink over image. Blotted with a damp paper towel for texture and stamped the splatter stamp using the stamping off technique. As usual, had to add the button and twine to cover a "goof up" area.

Love the scoring! It looks like old framing my grandparents's pictures were in. ...and that is perfect for your aged looking main image. Wonderful card!

This is AMAZING! You mastered the one layer technique beautifully. I love how you added scoring on the sides as well. This should be framed as it is a work of art.
