This is mostly one layer. I took my layer of cardstock and glued some torn sheet music to it before I did faux barn board technique. I guess technically it is layered, but it wasn't cardstock and if you run your finger over the top there is a smooth surface making it feel like it is one layer. I added drywall tape thread, brads, ribbon and quilled roses and masking tape that I stamped the sentiment and notes onto with black stazon. So hopefully this complies with the parameters of the challenge.
