I have called this project "Everything but the kitchen sink" because prety much everything in sight has been used here.
This is a hinged lid box 11.5" x 9.5" x 2". It is the middle size from a set of 3, sold in the el cheapo type shops for less than $12 set. I left all the sides black and have only covered the lid. Here goes this list of goodies that I layered (upon layer, upon layer).
Cottage Cutz fence and Tree die, memory box tree die, chipboard cog shaped thingy, TH Umbrella Man, half of a Poppy stamps doily die, buttons, maddison double window dieand Martha Stewart border punch
Thanks to the many great MM tutorials here at SCS I think this turned out ok. I had heaps of fun making this. I have one question - should I seal this with Mod Podge?
Thank you for looking and happy 1st birthday SCS Mixed Media.

Girl, I bow in the presence of greatness! This is so amazing. If you're going to use it, I'd seal it with Mod Podge, just to make it easier to dust years from now. I love every little detail. I could sit and imagine all the stories that could start from this little scene. You ROCKED my Mix-ability challenge!

Oh, Susie, WOW!!! This is unbelievable - a mixed media masterpiece!
I'm not sure about the Mod Podge - mine always shows brush marks. I think a spray would work better for me if this was my work -AS IF, ha!
