My inspiration for this came from from this image from the wonderful site Audrie gave us today. The twine and burlap idea is from this fabulous card by Angela (Arizona Maine). I had no primitive hearts so I digitally drew one and cut it four times to create my own chipboard, gluing together the layers. I used a scrap from the scrap bin and the burlap came from my neighbor's garage. I also wanted to pop up the main panel but had no foam tape. I used a piece of cardboard a bit smaller than the panel to just give it a little lift off of the card base. I have a profound respect for CAS card designers as I find them a bit difficult.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks Audrie, for a wonderful inspiration website!

AWESOME!!! Nancy, your card is fantastic! I LOVE your bandana hearts! Your stamping and using the white gel pen really makes it look like DP, but it is so much cooler! Love the bit of burlap and your design is wonderful too! Makes for a very special masculine love card!!!

Hi Neighbor! You'd think we planned this, since we are practically neighbors IRL! I love your paper choice and next time we are together (soon) I want to see this bandana technique. I love what you did here! Pinned

Nancy, this is awesome and I mean awesome. It takes my breath away. Into my Favorites. First off, I love the burlap piece. Then your placement of the hearts is PERFECT. The twine you used to "hang" the hearts is so nice and I love the one "hanging" off the side of the card. Wonderful card.

This sure does not look like you found it difficult at all, but probably through it together in like 20 minutes - what an awesome country look!!! I don't know how you "digitally draw" a primitive heart, but this card really ROCKS!!!
