It was 32 here today, but that would be celsius - an insy bit shy of 90F. I cannot begin to imagine the temperatures that many of you are having. I hope my little swimming girl makes you think of summer.
I was "inspired" by the CAS challenge this week which was scallops, i have not entered it in the challenge as there is nothing clean about this!! I also used a recent mixed media technique of colouring with copics, pencils and odourless solvent.
Thank you for looking and keep warm/cool.

ADORABLE, Susie. The high temps that you have been experiencing in Australia have made our news here. Your card is darling and the colors are like a tropical bird....and against the black...WOW! Your coloring is always top notch.

Ah Susie, this summer scene warms my bones! I love the citrus colours and that darling little girl. Your colouring job is amazing. I also like the fancy die cut mat!
I'm thankful you are hearing about our cold weather on the news and not raging fires in your country!
