I needed some masculine BDay cards and I made two different ones using this same basic design. (Different EF on top).
I inked up the Numbers EF with Brown Sugar, to give it more definiton. Glued the embossed papers to SU black cardstock. Then glued that to the SU black cardstock. I used the unknown Kraft paper with it because it matched the Brown Sugar cardstock and it had fibers in and was interesting.
The sentiment is on Spellbinders smallest Fleur de Lis Squares. Edged in SU Brown Sugar

Oh, this is definitely a guy card that will be a BIG hit! Love that embossing folder! How perfect for every birthday! And inking it just adds such dimension!
How handsome! This is a great mancard. I haven't been stamping much in the last few months but I do believe I am back. I think I just got a little burnt out for awhile. I think I will case your idea here.
