The base of my ATC was made with cray pas that I rubbed with gel baby oil. I then stenciled some circles in red and white acrylic paint. The dots are my repeated patterns for F4A challenge..I also stamped some swirls in the bg for another pattern. I drew the hearts using liquid pearls and then added some micro beads to them. When that was dry I painted over them with gold acrylic paint. I painted a glaze over the images and words using a combo of glazing medium and pearl ex. Thanks for taking a look!

Your cards always put a smile on my face and a warmth to my heart. That clown is priceless.

Polly, as creative as ever. Making your own bg and additions to make this sweet, vintage ATC something special for Valentine's Day. Your hearts are FANTASTIC! TFS the how-tos.
