What a fun challenge! I used two patterns for my card...a striped floral dp & a stamped diamond grid floral on the background.
I stamped the poppies & one extra big poppy, colored with Copics & did an out of the box Nestie technique treatment when die cutting it with a large oval. On the extra poppy, I cut some of the petals in toward the center & popped them up for a little dimension. ItÂ’s framed with coral layer & the background on the right was stamped with a mini bg image. The designer paper was cut with a bracket border die & the greeting was stamped on a tag die.
Thanks so much for looking! Close ups & the colors of Copics I used are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Julie, those poppies are stunning! I love how you coloured them and the dimension on the extra poppy. I love the die cut mat and that wonderful bracket border and the way you also used the negative.
