My friend just found out she's having twins ~ boy, was she shocked! We were all shocked. Twins. This was to be her third baby ~ now it's her third AND fourth. WOW! I just wanted to send her a card to commemorate the occasion and help with the shock.
I have a sewing machine. That's all I have to say about that, I guess, I own a sewing machine. It's kind of like my new C'mas iPhone ~ the technology escapes me -_- So I hand-stitched the gingham squares on this card.
I like to color or stitch while I watch TV because I can never sit and just do nothing (it just seems like a colossal time sink to me). This way I can watch something with the family but still feel productive. It's a win-win!
It wasn't until I was filling out the little blanks that I realized I hadn't used any stamps on this card except for the inside. That almost never happens to me ~ it almost doesn't seem like a card without a stamp on it!

Wow!!! Bless that sweet mom, #3 and #4, oh my!!! Gorgeous card and OH MY you hand stitched this???? Stunning! You did use ink though, for the distressing so that kind of counts towards stamping? :) Fabulous card!
