My card for the color challenge, I watercolored the flowers with the crisp cantaloupe, I did use a bit of summer starfruit in the centers. I sponged the piece inside my frame using coastal cabana and tempting turquoise. I used a rectangle nestie to cut the frame into my base card and then layered the sponged piece behind that, my intentions was to have my flowers mounted onto the sponged piece but somehow it all changed during the process of putting it all together. I then framed the outside of the image pieces with my DSP.

Oh, Vicki, the coloring of your cosmos(?) is absolutely breath-taking. The whole card is lovely with your texture, framing and use of today's colors, but it is your flowers that I adore.
