What lovely colors we have this week…Tempting Turquoise, Coastal Cabana and Crisp Cantaloupe with a dessert of a frame (either stamped, cut out or drawn). So on my card I used a huge amount of a cantaloupe clone and tiny amounts of the turquoise & cabana. Instead of white, I used ivory for my neutral and for dessert, I included a die cut window frame.
I stamped the greeting, die cut & with the die in place, lightly sponged on the pink & salmon inks ( I don’t have the exact colors so I used a combo to achieve the color). The lily corners were stamped several times, colored w/ Copics and fussy cut along w/ 1 small butterfly. The cantaloupe background piece was spritzed w/ bleach to get the splotchy look. After die cutting the window frame out of ivory, I added a piece of vellum behind it before attaching all the pieces.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups and the colors of Copics I used are on my blog: The Write Stuff
