First I want to say Congratulations to our new Queen Sandie (QFTD198).....if you haven't visited her gallery - you are missing out....she has some beautiful creations displayed there. I will have to say, I have just about lost my mojo as I have tried this card three times, just couldn't get it to look like my vision.....but this is the best of the three.. Sandie, I really tried to do justice to your card, http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...&ppuser=262631, but I don't think it quite measures up.... But I so wanted to participate in your reign, you look so good wearing the crown....
The card base is very vanilla, layered with melon mambo. The top layer is very vanilla, I used a negative I had laying around and sponged in color creating the color block. I then versamark and embossed the flowers, fussy cut them and popped them on the card. I added some pearls.... Wishing you a great reign and thanks for looking...

Wow! You have so done justice to my card - this is gorgeous! The flowers are perfect and they blend so beautifully with the sponged background. Thank you so much for your kind words and for joining in the celebrations!

Love your design Vicki, and I think you did an outstanding job casing her card. I LOVE Melon Mambo and it made delicious flowers. I like the detail of the clear embossing in the veins. Kudo's on the fussy cutiing, and I love the block stamping background. Your crown in your photo ROCKS and is so perfect for this case!
