I happened to have the Penny Black floral image already colored so I cut it with a postage frame and let it morph from there. It is a long way off from Rebecca's card but it does have the postage frame, a tag and some ribbon.
Thanks for taking a look !

Oh, it's beautiful, Becky! And do cards EVER end up like we start them! LOL! It's a delight and a precious honor for our Featured Stamper Rebecca! Hugs, sweet friend!

Becky, this is awesome. Love where your inspiration took you. And I have never seen that heart die. I really like it and how you added 3 rhinestone just inside the center heart. Beautiful valentine.

I love how this turned out! What a wonderful tribute to Rebecca. Your card is so cheerful and love that color combination. Your coloring is amazing and I'm always intrigued by your fussy cutting. Beautiful card, Becky!

Another beautiful card. All the pieces go together so well. I like the simple mustard stripped paper with the postage stamp frame in the background, and the amazing colored flowers on top.
