My new Year's resolution - to use my stash of DP's. I'm such a coward when it comes to using anything other than solid papers for my card making! I keep buying them, but rarely use any. I'm so hooked on step cards. I decided to try a SIDE STEP this time. It looks so much better IRL. The metallic paper photographed a different color on the flowers (metallic reflection problem). The actual color shows beautifully on the background of the large butterfly. I used 2 pieces of DP - so proud - conquered my fear at least a little bit!

I know what it's like to try and get a good picture and you can't, but yours look fabulous....we're all probably more critical of our own photography. Anyway.....your card is absolutely gorgeous!!

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?

Beautiful card in a special format, Priscilla. Your textured CS for your die cuts gives them a look of "petit point" in your photo. Lovely colors and elements.

Beautiful creation!!! Love how you cut out the embossing folder....it's like you made a new die for yourself. Love all the details you have on your side step card. Gorgeous!!!! tfs

You sure look like a DP pro here. You should DEFINITELY use more DP in the future, because this looks awesome!!! Thanks for sharing an awesome moment with me this week to begin 2014!
