The Color Challenge (black, white, and silver) was perfect for making a "Happy New Year" card. I have silver holographic dp I've never used that seemed perfect too - kind of like a glitzy New Year's Eve party.
It's a very simple card with a white cardbase, shimmery black background, then the holographic silver, then a sentiment heat embossed in silver.
The holographic dp made it really hard to photograph. In real life, you don't see so many different colours in the stars - it mostly just looks silver. But the lighting for the photograph brought out all sorts of colours. This was the most subdued photo I got - in some of my shots all the stars were hot orange!

Susan, a festive and fun New Year's card. Your holographic paper is perfect...looks like falling star confetti....(and I like the dash of color it gives without really adding color) : )
