This week Trish asked us to select a Queen from the past year to honor. I choose QFTD165, Jill (JD from PAUSA). She sent me a lovely Christmas card this Christmas...while I did not make enough cards this year. I just ran out of steam. Now I see why many of you work on cards throughout the year. Anyway, Jill your gallery is so wonderful!!! I appreciate all the kindness you share in tea parties, cards for a cause and your generous comments! This is the fabulous card I was inspired to case:
For the F4A challenge, we also reviewed the year and I selected F4A150 Frosty Friends to do. It was to add sparkly snowflakes. First I added the broken china ink directly onto my embossing folder added the white paper and ran it through my big kick. Then I added the stickles to the snowflakes.
Jill, please enjoy an extra week as Queen!

I can't see the sparkle, but I bet in real life it's gorgeous! Beautiful case of Jill's card, Kathleen, and I love the blues and white.....so pretty! It almost looks like a door~

Beautiful gate fold card, Kathleen. Your snowflake is so pretty and so appropriate for this time of year(at least in the north). A sweet card to honor Jill.

This is a beautiful, wintry card, Kathleen. The blue is not too bold that it takes away from the serene look but just bright enough to be cheerful! Love the perfect match bow and the fancy fold. Wonderful card!

What a gorgeous gatefold card and wonderful case! I love the ink embossed EF, what a lovely effect you have achieved. You didn't say whose EF that is but it is a GREAT snowflake one! LOVE it...
