Both the Queen for the Day and the Free4All challenges this week were "look-back" challenges. We were to pick a challenge from this past year -- maybe one we hadn't done before or one that we really liked. I hadn't done F4A188 (Four Square), but I had done QFTD150 and chose to repeat it in honor of Beate's retirement. I took a little creative license on the "four-square" challenge -- I used four white squares, not just a total of four squares. I CASEd this card from Beate's gallery but made it square rather than A2. I stippled around the outside of the squares with both olive green and black.

So beautifully done Lois!!! Love the technique and your very pretty flowers and butterflies! Your coloring is wonderful and I love your soft sponging too! (sigh) So VERY pretty!!!
