Finally finished this card I started Christmas Eve to honour Roberta (stampin'nana) as this week's Featured Stamper. An honour so well deserved, Roberta, as your gallery is choc full of beautiful cards and you are always so kind and generous with your comments on everyone's cards, including mine! I am also honoured I have gotten to know you as a friend, too!!
I loved the layout so I just changed the colour scheme and used a different stamp. Embossed a needlepoint border at the bottom, and added rhinestones to the scalloped border. After colouring the image with blender pen & inkpads, I added Spun Sugar Stickles to the butterflies and flowers.
Enjoy your week in the spotlight, Roberta!!

Sue, that was one of my favorite Christmas cards for this year! Oh, what a pretty image using soft colors and then adding a deep rich card base to it to create a more beautiful scene! Your rhinestones and cross-stitched ef look wonderful, and the ribbon with flowers on it is a nice touch too! Thank you so much for your kind words and for honoring me with this creation! Hugs
Make the most of today, because tomorrow holds no guarantees!

Lovely card Sue! I love the collage look with the butterflies and background printing! Your embossed "x" going across the page and your gems on the border punch really add to the horizonal lines of your card! Very pretty!!! Love that deep purple color too!
