I decided to make tags using my little origami trees for the Technique Lovers Challenge. Sabrina offered two tutorials for folded trees and I went with the Origami one. I started with a 3"x3" square of double sided Origami paper from my stash.
The tag die and ribbons are from Papertrey Ink. The stamp is from Rubber Soul. I embossed the tag with a snowflake embossing folder and sponged over the tags so the embossing shows up. I adhered the trees to the tags with foam dots.
Thanks for a fun challenge today Sabrina!
My DH had shoulder surgery at 1 pm today - and the doctor just called and said he is out of surgery and all went well - so I'm thankful and on my way to the hospital to sit with him for a while. He will come home tomorrow hopefully before noon.

They must be just dinky in that size! I did find an old ATC I'd done before I had a gallery here, and yours are probably the same. That geometric paper gives them a wonderful modern funky feel. Hmm - maybe I'll copy your idea for the last couple of tags I need tomorrow. The tiny little star gems make great decorations!!

Julia,
These tags are absolutely the cutest. I love them both! The colorful designer papers + the embossing are the perfect backdrop for these little miniature origami Christmas trees. Delightful!
